Fridays
You made it to Friday! Have a large foo foo coffee to celebrate. I'm partial to egg nog lattes.
We're screening the Bourne series this week.
I've had trouble sleeping the last couple nights because I can't find a comfortable position in bed for my knee. I'm good with the pain because the knee you get when they replace yours isn't near as good as the original equipment. And yes Rosenberg I get to bitch about it forever because this isn't like the rest of humanity bellyaching about the slow line at the bank or motorists getting hurt feelings because a cyclist slows them down by 4 seconds on their way home. How's that for a f-ing sentence Mr Tuffy?
Have a great weekend. See you in church.

did you get your knee replaced?
Fuck no! My buddy calls knee replacement amputation. I can handle the pain right now. Ask me in a year.
complain all you want you old crotchety bastard, i'll see you on my bus in a month...going to orthopedic specialists and dropping at a housing project in st. paul
Ray: Nice to see the pic of you & me (thank you, Johnny) "Prolotherapy" (google it, you'll be amazed at the info.)is a better option than the butchering they do in knee replacement surgery. Let the cartilage rebuild itself. Getting off coffee(sorry)is another help, as the acids in your system continue to break joint cartilage down. Get with a better, more alkaline diet & regiment ie; alfalfa supplements, cherry juice extract, etc. Supplements like glucosamine, condridton, MSN, hyderlonic acid are beneficial to "grow" new cartilage, but don't work if there's too much acid in your system. Turmeric is essential to control inflammation and pain.
It was nice to talk to you & Deb today. Love, Jim
