Black Dog tonight. First bike race since the Wirth Park cross race last October which was 3 days before my cortisone shot. Knock on wood. As you can see Mrs is using my plastic bike so I guess I'll ride my Salsa. Let's keep our time just under 30 minutes and there will be no problems.
